The lowdown:
Perry's vintage ciders are pressed from the pick of the harvest's apples and matured for at least 12 months in port and sherry barrels to allow the the development of its unique character and flavour. It's then blended with Somerset Dabinett cider to produce a full bodied and well balanced medium cider which has subtle vanilla hints and delicious deep apple flavours.

The Producer:
The farm in Ilminster, Somerset where Perry's started out is still very much the heart of the company and where all their apples are grown, pressed, fermented, matured and packaged. William Churchill the founder started the business way back in 1920 as a sideline to his Blacksmith's forge which where the company's office is now sited. From humble beginnings they've grown to become well respected producer, fiercely independent and proudly at the forefront of the UK's cider industry.
