Pressed from a blend of the very best Redstreak and Dabinett apples grown at Perry's Knowles St Giles orchard. Bottled young to maintain its sweet fruity taste while expressing the flavours of both varieties used in a well balanced cider.
The Producer:
The farm in Ilminster, Somerset where Perry's started out is still very much the heart of the company and where all their apples are grown, pressed, fermented, matured and packaged. William Churchill the founder started the business way back in 1920 as a sideline to his Blacksmith's forge which where the company's office is now sited. From humble beginnings they've grown to become well respected producer, fiercely independent and proudly at the forefront of the UK's cider industry.
