The Lowdown:
Desítka simply means "ten" in Czech, which on a beer label translates to 10° Plato. That sounds technical, but all you need to know is it makes this about 4% ABV - so more a session strength beer than a big bruiser. The beer itself keeps faith with the pilsner template, only leaner. Clean, bready malt forms the base, while atec and Sládek hops bring grassy spice and firm bitterness. Double mashing and careful fermentation tighten it all up, finishing crisp, balanced and more characterful than its strength might suggest.
