Their winemaking team - JD Rossouw and Ryno Booysen - bring the energy and enthusiasm, while Samantha Bailey adds a touch of finesse. It's a mix of knowledge, nature, and a bit of science, all coming together to create a versatile and expressive range of wines in a country with 360 years of winemaking history.
