In a Nutshell:
A big, hazy East Coast IPA with plenty of weight, a soft touch and tropical streak.
The Lowdown:
A chunky East Coast IPA that swiftly opens up into something soft, welcoming and a bit tropical, and with Krush and Nectaron in the mix the name makes perfect sense. Thick and hazy, with mango and pineapple flavours, it's undeniably strong, with body to match, but never overbearing. The bitterness, on the light side, gives it a bit of shape without dominating and it rounds off with the weight, the softness and the tropical edge all sitting together nicely.
The Brewery:
An emerging nano brewery based in Molesey in Surrey, Middle Child Brewing specialise in making the best small batch, multi-award-winning, beers. Founded in 2021 after winning the first Elusive Brewing/The Malt Miller beer competition, head brewer Fraser Withers has taken his passion and talent and created a range of beers that have been amazing critics and judges ever since.
