A classic West Coast DIPA: strong, hop forward and clean, with citrus, pine and a firm bitter finish.
The Lowdown:
A wild guess, but we think Middle Child have a soft spot for West Coast beers and this classic DIPA certainly supports our theory. Big citrus and pine notes hit first, backed up by the hallmark dank edge. The focus, though, is on the hops giving character and the bold bitter bite, exactly where a West Coast DIPA should be. Strong, clean and full of classic hop character.

An emerging nano brewery based in Molesey in Surrey, Middle Child Brewing specialise in making the best small batch, multi-award-winning, beers. Founded in 2021 after winning the first Elusive Brewing/The Malt Miller beer competition, head brewer Fraser Withers has taken his passion and talent and created a range of beers that have been amazing critics and judges ever since.
