The result gives a wine with nice zesty citrus fruits and nettles which lead onto riper stone fruits with touches of herbs coming through. There's also an impressive depth and complexity to the fruit flavours and together with the well balanced acidity and persistent length makes this quite impressive.

Try with sushi, seafood, or spicy Asian dishes.
