Characteristically pale pink with a glint of orange this graceful Provençal rosé has aromas like a basket of just-ripe nectarines and wild strawberries, with a hint of something flinty underneath. It's made in the sunny hills near Cogolin, using mainly Grenache and Cinsault, and a raft of other Provençal specialities. Everything’s kept light and fresh for maximum fruitiness, but this is really all about balance - zippy citrus, a touch of berry sweetness, and a pinch of salty minerality. It’s a quintessential taste of Provence; effortlessly refined as you’d expect.

Absolutely smashing with a platter of charcuterie and soft cheese, or a bowl of prawns with a punchy garlic aioli - a delightful aperitif, too.
