Luce D'Oro Ribolla Gialla, Vino Spumante NV

This lively fizz offers a refreshing twist on Italian sparkling wine, made from Ribolla Gialla, a grape with naturally high acidity that's perfectly suited to a bit of sparkle. The nose is lightly floral and aromatic, with a gentle honeyed note that follows onto the palate. Ripe stone fruit adds depth, and there's a lovely creaminess at the finish. If you're after something with a bit more structure and minerality than your usual Prosecco, this could be just the ticket.

An excellent aperitif, it also ideal with canapés and appetisers.
