Description
Hazy, Juicy & East Coast Style IPA
England: London
ABV 5.5% - 44.0cl
In a Nutshell:
An extra fruity, creamy and rounded NEIPA - juicy citrus and exotic stone fruit with smooth, sweet softness.
The Lowdown:
If you want to know what makes Lost Pier tick, this is the beer that'll tell you. A hazy, juicy New England IPA where the name gives you all the clues you need. Citra, Azacca and Sorachi Ace hops serve up the juicy citrus and exotic stone fruit, with a touch of apricot purée for extra fruity punch. And with a creamy, rounded mouthfeel and sweet softness, it has that unmistakeable NEIPA character.
The Brewery: Lost Pier started life as a roaming, or "gypsy," brewery - borrowing kit where they could to get their beers into the world. These days they're firmly settled in Brighton, with a name that nods to the city's forlorn West Pier. The beers themselves are eclectic and modern, leaning heavily on hop-forward pale ales and IPAs but never shying away from the odd experiment. What began as a nomadic project has become a Brighton fixture, with a style as colourful and varied as the city itself.
