They use mostly Glera grapes, like regular Prosecco, but add a bit of red Brachetto for that pretty pink colour and extra fruity kick. It's light and fresh on the tongue, all those berry flavours coming through nicely, and ending with a touch of cherry. Overall, a delightful and easy-to-drink fizz, perfect for sharing.
