La Jara Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry NV

This organic Prosecco has a lovely, lively fizz - that's what Spumante tells you. Aromas of white flowers, ripe golden apple, and even a touch of banana and peach make it really inviting. It's fresh and flavourful on the tongue, with a surprisingly soft texture. The fruitiness is nicely balanced, and though it says Extra Dry, there's a mere hint of sweetness that makes it super easy to enjoy.

Served nicely chilled it's an ideal aperitif and will also match well with things like risottos or light pasta dishes.
