This one, from Alsace's Clement Klur, is about as natural as it gets. A blend of Pinot Noir, Riesling and Muscat, it's bottled just three weeks after harvest with no fining, filtration or added sulphites. Clement Klur is the man behind Vignoble Klur, in the picturesque Alsatian village of Katzenthal. Everything here is done as naturally as possible, with minimal sulphite use. Clement is known for pushing the boundaries of what's achievable in winemaking, and the results are full of intense flavours and texture, guaranteed to linger long in both the mouth and memory.
