Clement Klur makes wines as natural as they come and this gently sparkling blend of Riesling and Muscat is a perfect example. The tiny production is bottled just three weeks after harvest with no fining, filtration, or added sulphites. The end result is quite delicious, it has delicate grapey aromas which follow through to the palate which is nicely full flavoured with gentle, fine bubbles.
The Producer:
Clement Klur is the man behind Vignoble Klur, in the picturesque Alsatian village of Katzenthal. He's a long-time advocate of organic and biodynamic practices and is dedicated to crafting wines that truly reflect the local terroir. Everything here is done as naturally as possible, with minimal sulphite use. Clement is known for pushing the boundaries of what's achievable in winemaking, and the results are full of intense flavours and texture, guaranteed to linger long in both the mouth and memory. Authenticity and a deep connection to the land are what it's about here.

A very well made natural wine which makes a great aperitif or good partner to light fish dishes.
