J.P. Wisers, one of Canada's oldest and most renowned whisky brands, traces its roots back to 1857 when John Philip Wiser took the reins of a distillery in Prescott, Ontario. They source grain from the fertile Great Lakes region - corn, rye, barley, and wheat - and, in true Canadian style, ferment, distil, and age each grain separately before blending them into their various expressions. This meticulous approach has, over the years, earned them a reputation for outstanding quality.
