It has a pale straw colour and a fine, delicate mousse with delightful aromas of yeast and toasted almonds. There's a lovely brioche richness which combines with crisp citrussy and tropical fruit flavours giving a real elegance and complexity all the way through.

Graham Beck is a giant of the South African Wine scene and his company has firmly established itself as one of the world's leading sparkling wine houses. One of the foremost producers of Methode Cap Classique - sparkling wine made in the Champagne method - they have devoted themselves to quality and consistency. And since the launch of their maiden cuvée in 1991, their range of sparkling wines have been recipients of many prestigious wine awards.
When to drink:
A wonderful aperitif it's great to drink alongside savoury canapés.
