In a nutshell:
Extravagantly rich flavoured Champagne from a small quality focussed house.
This is a definite step up from their (still very good) Brut Excellence NV, this cuvee has around 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier and includes a high proporion of reserve wines, adding richness, depth and maturity, without foregoing the trademark Gosset freshness.
When to drink:
Definitely a champagne to drink with food and goes especially well with subtly spiced dishes.
