In a nutshell:
Crisp, fresh and well structured Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
One of the more recent additions to the Gosset range their Blanc de Blancs cuvée still follows their house style while having the true delicacy and finesse you'd expect from a Chardonnay only Champagne. There's a combinaiton of mineral and floral notes on the nose which follow with a trifling salty hint bound up in the toasty, brioche flavours.
When to drink:
A natural, if somewhat decadent, aperitif it also matches well with seafood, particularly oysters.
