Giffard Blue Curacao

Bitter and sweet orange flavours are what stand out here along with a velvety nose and strong notes of candied oranges. It's round and creamy mouth with an aromatic body dominated by orange citrus. A classic cocktail ingredient and essential part of a Blue Lagoon.

Founded by Émile Giffard in the Loire valley town of Angers in 1885, where they're still based, Giffard's early success was based on their pure, clear and refined white mint liqueur which they called 'Menthe-Pastille'. While this is still one of their flagship products the range has, over the years, expanded enormously. These days they are a global brand producing many different liqueurs, syrups and other spirits which are to be found in some of the world's best hotels and bars.
