Grown in Chile's sunny Central Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon is made from hand-picked grapes and gets a little time in oak barrels to add extra depth and smoothness. It's packed with blackberry and spice on the nose, while the palate is full of cassis, plum, red fruits, and a touch of herbs. The tannins give it just enough grip to keep things interesting, balancing out the juicy fruit flavours nicely. Smooth, full of flavour, and easy to enjoy, a good example of what this region does best.

Perfect with well-seasoned, strong-flavoured dishes like grilled steak or spicy bean chilli, as its bold fruit and firm tannins hold their own, while ripe cheese is a winning match too.
