Blueberry, stone fruit and tropical punch burst from Mosaic and Krush in a sharp, high-tempo modern pale.
The Lowdown:
Mosaic and newcomer hop Krush throw out blueberry, stone fruit and tropical juice in full technicolour. The pale malt base does little more than hold the stage, leaving the hops to charge about with juicy abandon and a late, snappy bitterness. Brisk, bright and buzzing, it's as high-energy as Tokyo's Shibuya district it's named after.
