Coming from the windswept vineyards of Val do Salnés, right by the wild Atlantic, this shows off that classic Albariño salinity and zingy acidity. The granite soils add lovely depth, and there’s a real focus on minimal intervention, keeping the fruit's purity front and centre. Expect bright citrus notes - lemon with a bit of spice - balanced with a lovely minerality and hints of ripe nectarine. There's even a touch of nutmeg in the mix, adding a decent measure of texture and depth.

A crisp, citrusy white like this is spot on with fish, shellfish, or even a light chicken dish, and it's also lovely with fresh cheeses, bringing out their natural freshness.
