Valdespino 'Deliciosa' Manzanilla - Half Bottle NV

This type of sherry is made in the seaside town of Sanlucar de Barrameda where the climate is conducive to slightly fresher and more saline sherries than the Fino style. With a delicate pale straw colour this has a delicate yeasty, bready not on the nose, plus a hint of flower blossom while on the palate it's dry, crisp and fresh with the characteristic saline hint there at the finish.

Served well chilled this makes a great aperitif or match for seafood
