This is a Puglian red that shows off what makes Primitivo enduringly popular - ripe, juicy fruit and a touch of spice. It’s unoaked which puts the fruit character front and centre - rich plums and black cherries upfront, with a hint of dried fig sweetness. It's a warm, satisfying wine – smooth on the palate with a bright, fresh finish.

A wine primed to match big, bold flavours - charred steak, meaty ragu over pasta, or a rich, slow-cooked stew.

This is made by Adria Vini, a partnership between Boutinot and the Araldica Castelvero co-operative in Piemonte.
