Chimay Triple, White Cap

One of their more recent beers this was added to the range in 1966. It's a fruity and golden Tripel from where the hops play a prominent role in the flavours and aromas and there are distinct notes of raisins and apples with a touch of florality. It finishes with a full and creamy body and a long sweetish aftertaste.

Bières de Chimay, a Trappist brewery within the Benedictine l'Abbaye Notre-Dame de Scourmont, has been in operation since 1862. The monks' brewing supports their community and charitable activities.
