Ideally exposed, the Négly and Boède terroirs are distinguished by the diversity of their soils. Sandy loam and Sandstone Boède, the Négly argilo limestone give the wines from these vineyards a wide range of aromas.
The vineyard extends over 50 hectares and that of Boède over 25. To better promote it, Syrah, Grenache, Mouvedre have replaced Aramon, Terret, Carignan blanc. The harvesting machine has given way to secateurs and crates.
Bastien Paux-Rosset, responsible for the cultivation, operates these re-graped vineyards which extend over 75 hectares. The sustainable cultivation method adapts perfectly to our qualitative requirements.
Short pruning, little fertilizer input, frequent ploughing, high trellising around 1.80m, are all guarantees of quality.
