Casa Noble Tequila Reposado

This rich and complex Reposado undergoes 364 days ageing in toasted French oak barrels (rather than the more standard 4-6 months) before their master blender selects a combination of barrels to make the final tequila. Aromas of vanilla, lemongrass and floral notes balance with flavours of cooked agave and toasted oak. Rich, complex and smooth with a long and slight savoury finish.

Casa Noble Tequila, founded by the renowned Jose “Pepe” Hermosilla, stands out as a premium brand in the tequila world. They pride themselves on using estate-grown Blue Weber Agave grown on their own high altitude, volcanic soils estate in the mountains of western Jalisco. They're one of the few who triple distil, aiming for a smoother, softer finish. When it comes to their aged tequilas, Casa Noble opts for French oak over American, believing it imparts a more subtle character.
