Ca' di Ponti Catarratto 2024

This lively Sicilian white is made from Catarratto grapes grown high in the hills, keeping it fresh and vibrant. It bursts with ripe peach, lemon, and a hint of honeysuckle, with a subtle fennel-like herbal note adding character. The winemaking is kept simple to let the fruit do the talking, resulting in a well-balanced wine that's a little bit zesty, a little bit honeyed, with just enough richness to give a little something extra.

Great with seafood dishes like grilled sardines or lemony prawn pasta, but it also works a treat with herby salads or a plate of olives and almonds - perfect for nibbles too.

This is made by Adria Vini, a partnership between Boutinot and the Araldica Castelvero co-operative in Piemonte.
