It’s wonderfully creamy, boasting ripe, generous fruit flavours that blend beautifully with its toasty, honeyed character. The understated elegance is what you expect from Bollinger Refined, yet accessible it encapsulates the house style effortlessly.

Delightful now but will only get better with a bit more time, think about pairing it with a bit of aged Gouda or some delicate crab dishes. It also makes a fine aperitif to start things off nicely.
