It tastes of fresh stone fruit with a touch of something nutty and feels really smooth when you sip it. This Chardonnay comes from a place where the winters are chilly and the summers a bit shorter - that's actually pretty good for growing Chardonnay grapes. After it's made, the wine gets to chill out in big oak barrels for a few months, adding a bit of creaminess and a nutty edge. It's a nicely balanced wine with a bright, refreshing taste and a finish that lasts.
