Description
Traditional & West Coast Style IPA
England: East Sussex
ABV 0.5% - 44.0cl
In a Nutshell:
Hoppy, alcohol-free IPA bursting with citrus and tropical flavour, light on its feet but full of character.
The Lowdown:
Bright and full of hop aroma, this alcohol-free IPA is brewed with hops from Washington's Yakima Valley and New Zealand's Nelson region - known for stone fruit, citrus and tropical notes. Apricot, mango and lime peel show clearly on a soft, rounded base with a firm, balanced bitterness. Developed by Beak Brewery's Nolia project to match the flavour and feel of a full-strength IPA, without the alcohol. A well-made, hop-focused AF beer that hits the spot.
The Brewery:
Beak Brewery, nestled in the South Downs near Lewes, is a bird worth watching. Founded by food writer Daniel Tapper, they started life as a nomadic project, brewing hop-forward IPAs and saisons with the likes of Beavertown and Northern Monk. Now, with their own kit, they've landed in Lewes, and brew a diverse range of beers. Expect juicy IPAs alongside traditional best bitters and exciting mixed-fermentation projects. Their taproom, with its ever-changing beer list and street-food canteen, is a must-visit for any beer lover.
