The Producer:
Auchentoshan, on the outskirts of Glasgow north of the Clyde, has been crafting whisky since 1823. As one of Scotlands small clutch of lowland distilleries, it stands out for its triple distillation process, a rarity in Scotch single malts. This technique imparts a distinctive character to their whiskies, often noted for their floral aroma and subtle sweetness on the palate.
