Auchentoshan American Oak Lowland Single Malt

A triple distilled Lowland single malt matured in bourbon casks. Sweet vanilla, coconut and zesty citrus aromas lead onto a smooth and fresh and creamy palate that has hints of white peach with a crisp finish of sugared grapefruit and spice. Auchentoshan, on the outskirts of Glasgow north of the Clyde, has been crafting whisky since 1823. As one of Scotland’s small clutch of lowland distilleries, it stands out for its triple distillation process, a rarity in Scotch single malts. This technique imparts a distinctive character to their whiskies, often noted for their floral aroma and subtle sweetness on the palate.
