Ardbeg 10 Year Old Islay Single Malt

Ardbeg 10 Year Old is revered as one of the peatiest, smokiest and most complex of single malts. It doesn't flaunt the peat however, it rather gives way gracefully to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a perfectly balanced single malt. Non-chill filtered to retain maximum complexity, it's a whisky full of the essence of Islay.

Established around 1800, Ardbeg, perched on the southern coast of Islay, is renowned for its intensely peated whiskies, attracting a passionate following among smoky whisky enthusiasts. The distillery saw a new lease on life in 1997 when it was acquired by the Glenmorangie Company, a subsidiary of LMVH. This new investment revitalised Ardbeg, ensuring its distinctive character and exceptional quality continued to flourish. Today, Ardbeg stands as a testament to Islay's rich whisky heritage.
