Angus Paul Orange Blend 2025

This South African skin-contact white's colour leaves you in no doubt about why it's called Orange Beautifully fresh and bright, it explodes with bold apricot and candied lemon, given a crisp edge by a touch of sea salt and nuttiness. Mainly Muscat with a little Semillon, a ten-day maceration on its skins results in a subtle tannic grip and a mouthfeel with real presence. It's a complex wine, but one that refreshes as it intrigues - a rewarding combination.

With its bold, zesty flavours, this wine is equally delicious with briny oysters or the delicate flavours of Japanese cuisine.
