Albury Vineyard Silent Pool Rosé 2025

Silent Pool Rosé first found fame gracing the tables of the Diamond Jubilee banquet aboard the Royal Barge back in 2012. That leg-up firmly established its credentials and showed that English rosé can mix it with the best of them. And, happily, the quality remains consistent year in, year out. 2025 in particular was a good year in southern English vineyards, with abundant, ripe and disease-free fruit meaning winemakers have had plenty to play with. Pinot Noir and Meunier are the grapes which have given this good body and depth and have added a bit of peachy ripeness and pink grapefruit zip. Well balanced, with clean minerality and crisp acidity, it finishes with a long, mouth-watering flourish. It comes from only a small vineyard so don’t wait to try it – it often sells out.
