Bosco di Gica is the flagship cuvée of Adami, a leading name in Valdobbiadene. The fruit comes from steep hillside vineyards in the DOCG's most prized zones, and the wine is expressly shaped to reflect the house style: breadth, poise and polish in equal measure. The palate layers pear, citrus and subtle floral notes with a fine bead and crisp mineral cut.
