58 Guineas Claret 2023

This is a Claret that's the quintessence of a perfect 'everyday' red. Unoaked, it's made from a blend of the classic Bordeaux varieties, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc and is full of juicy fed fruit flavours complemented by a subtle spiciness. With an unmistakable Claret nose of dark damsons backed by a good depth of fruit on the palate it's nicely rounded and medium bodied and very well balanced.

A nicely soft, easy drinking all-rounder that's great by itself, or with the likes of sausages, stews and much else besides.
