Spicy Sausage and Rhône Red: A Perfect Summer Pairing

Medium

The stylish, spicy, and peppery Rhône red, Cairanne 'La Cote Sauvage', is the perfect match for a robust barbecue dish like spicy grilled sausage with peppers and onions. The wine’s bold flavours complement the heat of the sausage, while its peppery notes harmonise beautifully with the grilled peppers and onions. The rich, full-bodied character stands up perfectly to the intense flavours of the spicy sausages. It’s a great combo for alfresco dining.
