Die Weisse
Founded in 1901 Die Weisse lays claim to be Austria's oldest wheat beer brewery. Around the turn of the twentieth century, the 50 breweries in Salzburg produced mainly strong, bock style beers, but it was Adelbert Behr who first brewed light and fragrant wheat beer who started the change. Today their range, while still brewed to the original recipes and principles of the founder, has expanded to gluten-free, organic and alcohol-free versions.
