Limited Parcel – Selon Létang Cinsault Pays d’Oc 2021

Medium

As the nights start to draw in and the temperatures began to fall, we have the perfect wine available to make you look forward to the winter months. We have a very limited number of a youthful, crunchy red wine full of ripe fruit from France. And at the sensational price of only £8.50 a bottle.

The name Selon Létang comes directly from the winemaker, Guillaume Létang, who is the mastermind behind this amazing wine. He is collaborating with Boutinot France, hand-selected grapes from exceptional vineyards throughout Southern France. Bringing them together to produce this wine.

Made from 100% Cinsault, a traditional red grape variety from Southern Rhone. Historically, it was primarily used for blending with Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. But recently, it has been stepping into the limelight by itself to show what it can do. This wine is a great example of Cinsault at its best.

Reviewed as showing a youthful colour, with a nose of ripe wild strawberries and a distinct floral aroma. On the palate, the candied red cherry, violets, and smoky earthy notes build to produce a wine of real interest. A seriously easy-drinking wine, perfect for a Friday in.

There are only 30 bottles available of this 2021 Selon Létang Cinsault Pays d’Oc at the price of £8.50, so get it while it's still available.
