The Bouyers are one of Saint-Émilion's dependable families, and their wines are often better than the price suggests. Cuvée Caprice comes from the same hands as Clos de la Cure and the posage-stamp-sized Clos 56 in Pomerol, and shows the same balance of ripeness and restraint.
