Introducing Track Brewing Company

Medium

Track Brewery, based in Piccadilly, Manchester, was founded in 2014 under a railway arch under Manchester Piccadilly Station.

Going from strength to strength brewing some incredible modern cask ales they quickly gained a huge following. They now operate a 30HL brewery just up the road from the station on Piccadilly industrial estate. This meant that more of their fabulous beer could make it further afield.

Brewing a vast range of styles from cask pale ales to ipa's, lagers and sour beers. But it is their pale ales we fell in love with when we received samples from them, especially the Sonoma which has just got to be tried. Luckily we have some on cask as well as in can.

Track Brewing No Sleep No Dream Pale Ale

In a nutshell:
A bold and flavourful Pale Ale, made using a trio of hops, from Manchester’s Track Brewing Co.

The lowdown:
This beer starts out life as the classic Track Pale Ale bases of pilsener malt, oats, and wheat – then hopped generously with Citra, Sabro and Strata. This trio of hops brings a beer that is big, bold, and full of beautiful coconut and lime notes.

Style - Bitter, Pale Ale & IPA    ABV 5.0% - Moderate Strength

Track Brewing Two Left Feet Pale Ale

In a nutshell:
A bright Pale Ale perfect for those winter evenings, from Manchester's Track Brewing Co.

The lowdown:
Brewed using Zappa and Strata hops, the latter being used more often than Zappa by Track, so this helps to create beer more on the leftfield for them. The perfect combination of the hops allows the pithy pink grapefruit element of Zappa, alongside Strata's more dank and herbaceous qualities.

Style - Bitter, Pale Ale & IPA    ABV 5.0% - Moderate Strength

Track Brewing From Above Pale Ale

In a nutshell:
An easy-going, refreshing Gluten Free Pale Ale, from Manchester's Track Brewing Co.

The lowdown:
Brewed using malted barley, Cara Gold, and oats to bring fullness and a lovely bready malt character and dry hopped with Mosaic and Nelson. Up front, flavours of Pineapple and tropical fruit punch as shown, with a soft bitterness and mouth-watering lemon peel followed by a long finish.

Style - Bitter, Pale Ale & IPA    ABV 4.1% - Moderate Strength
Gluten Free

Track Brewing Half Dome Pale Ale

In a nutshell:
An irresistibly drinkable Pale Ale with exuberant hop character, from Manchester's Track Brewing Co.

The lowdown:

Galaxy, Citra, and Simcoe for the trifecta of flavour, offering underripe mango and pineapple with clean herbal notes of sweet basil and papaya on the finish.

Style - Bitter, Pale Ale & IPA    ABV 5.3% - Moderate Strength
