Wild Card Brewery

Medium

Wild Card Brewery was started in 2012 by William John Harris and Andrew Birkby. It was from playing cards used to identify the different homebrews at the early stages that gave the brewery its name. Initially they were producing beer at home as a hobby before they started cuckoo brewing, a hobby we can safely say we’re grateful they continued with. Their head brewer, Jaega Wise, came on board shortly after, having been best friends with both from the Midlands.

In 2014 the brewery set up home in The Ravenswood Industrial Estate in Walthamstow, East London. Fast forward to 2022 they now have two Taprooms, still their initial home in Ravenswood but now also in Lockwood Way.
