Limongino

In a nutshell:
An English answer to the Italian classic, a zesty, juicy, and truly delightful lemon liqueur from Essex, England.

The lowdown:
Unlike its Italian counterpart Limongino is a gin liqueur, not vodka based. Freshly zesty lemons, and their juice are paired with the small batch distilled gin and combined with a lick of English sugar. Two and a half lemons go into every bottle. A vibrant symphony of fresh lemon juice zest and zing, with tart bitter lemon notes balanced perfectly with luscious velvety sweetness. Mix with your choice of bubbly or drink with tonic.

GinBey Gin

In a nutshell:
A taste of the Med, for a classic Dry Gin style from the winery of Domaine des Tourelles in Lebanon.

The lowdown:
Distilled at Domaine des Tourelles winery in the heart of the Bekaa Valley, GinBey is the fruit of many years hard work and research by winemaker and Arak distiller, Faouzi Issa. He uses a mix of 14 botanicals from the traditional base of juniper and coriander seeds to other ingredients such as citrus, florals and spices which are all sourced from Lebanon. Part of the botanicals are steeped 24 hours before distillation in a 400 litre copper still which is heated by a steam jacket to keep the temperature steady. The final gin is rested in traditional amphora jars for 6 months, ensuring a remarkable finesse and roundness to its taste.

Rude Mechanicals Vineyard Gin

In a nutshell:
A London Dry Style Gin that was conceived in a vineyard and born in a barn from East Sussex, England.

The lowdown:
Rude Mechanicals started its journey with wine, after several years of working in the wine industry they team wanted to dip their toes into the Gin world. The intensity of the flavours and aromas in the Gin come from the second distillation, where the hand-selected botanicals are distilled. A botanical compote of juniper, mandarin flesh, cardamom, peel of clementine, lemon zest & wine.
