🎄 Christmas Delivery Schedule (Up to Christmas Eve)
We know getting your wine in time for Christmas is essential. Please note that during the festive period, our couriers experience extremely high demand, so we strongly advise placing your order sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
England, Wales Mainland, and London Deliveries
Our normal delivery target is 5 working days from order placement. However, over the Christmas period, delivery times may be longer than usual due to the significant increase in demand across the UK.
The final collection date from our UK Delivery couriers before Christmas is Tuesday, 23rd December. While we will do our utmost to get your wine to you, please remember that this is a time of immense pressure on all courier networks. To ensure your festive bottles are safely in your cellar, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance. Your proactive ordering is the best way to avoid any potential disappointment!
Local Deliveries & Click and Collect
Our local team will be making deliveries right up until Christmas Eve. To have the very best chance of receiving your order before Christmas Day, please ensure your order is placed before 10:00 am on Wednesday, 24th December.
Click and Collect remains available during our seasonal opening hours throughout the festive period.
🥂 New Year Delivery Schedule (Between Christmas & New Year)
For orders placed in the brief period between Christmas and New Year's Day, here is what you need to know:
England, Wales Mainland, and London Deliveries
Our couriers' final collection of the year will be on Tuesday, 30th December.
Any orders placed after the last Christmas collection (23rd December) will be dispatched on either Monday, 29th December, or Tuesday, 30th December. Due to continued high volumes, we advise ordering early when planning your New Year's Eve stock to factor in potential courier delays.
Local Deliveries & Click and Collect
Any local deliveries placed after 10:00 am on Christmas Eve (24th December) will be delivered on Tuesday, 30th December, or Wednesday, 31st December.
Click and Collect will be available as usual, according to our opening hours between Christmas and New Year.
Free Local Delivery for all orders over £40
Deliveries to addresses in Hampton, Teddington, Twickenham, Whitton, Isleworth, Brentford, Hanworth, Feltham, Ashford (Middx), Sunbury on Thames, Shepperton, Kew, Richmond, Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton, New Malden, Thames Ditton, East & West Molesey, Esher, Cobham, Walton on Thames and Weybridge (postcodes TW1, TW2, TW3, TW4, TW7, TW8, TW9, TW10, TW11, TW12, TW13, TW14, TW15, TW16, TW17, KT1, KT2, KT3, KT5, KT6, KT7, KT8, KT10, KT11, KT12 & KT13) are free of charge for orders of £40 or more. For orders under £40 the delivery charge is £5.
Local Deliveries will be delivered in our own vehicles which we aim to do within 1-2 working days, Monday to Saturday. Please note we do not deliver on Sundays.

Free England & Wales Mainland Deliveries over £100
For orders over £100, delivery is Free to England & Wales mainland addresses. For orders under £100 the delivery charge is £9.50.
Free Scottish Mainland Deliveries over £150
For orders over £150, delivery is Free to Scottish mainland addresses. For orders under £150 the delivery charge is £12.00.
Scottish Highlands and Islands
For orders to Scottish Highlands and Islands addresses, the delivery charge is £20.00.
Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland
Orders sent to these areas are subject to a higher delivery charge because of their remoteness and difficulty of access. Please send us an email to sales@noblegreenwines.co.uk for more details.
• International, Channel Islands and Isle of Man – we’re unable to deliver to these locations.
National Delivery Service
Our courier service for National Deliveries operates from Monday to Friday, with a delivery target of within 5 working days during off-peak times. Please note that our carriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays. If you have any special requests regarding your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email, and we will do our utmost to assist you.
Green at Noble Green
We are committed to using fully recyclable packaging for all our shipments. When it comes to beer shipments, we use corn starch packing chips that are fully biodegradable, ensuring that our packaging has minimal impact on the environment.
Receiving your delivery
In the event that there is no one available to receive and sign for the goods upon delivery, we are able to request our carrier to leave the consignment in a location of your choosing, provided it is deemed suitable. Please note, however, that if a consignment is left unattended, as instructed by the customer, and the parcel goes missing or is damaged thereafter, neither ourselves nor our carriers will be held accountable for any resulting loss or damage.Loss or Breakage
We endeavour to deliver your order within five working days after dispatch. On rare occasions our national consignments are subject to delays, damage or loss. If your order has not been delivered after ten working days, or it has arrived damaged, then please contact us directly. Please allow up to fifteen working days for delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of White and Northern Ireland. Consignments consisting of more than one parcel may also be 'split-delivered' over several days at peak delivery periods.
