Our Cask Ales are Tapped!

Medium

FRESHLY TAPPED EVERY THURSDAY

We source all our ale from local, independent micro-breweries as 9-gallon firkins which are allowed to settle and condition for up to seven days. We then broach the casks and serve 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel into 2 pint, 4 pint, 5L Minikeg containers - there are no lines or pumps to taint the ale. All our ales are fully temperature controlled to maintain optimum quality.

Treat yourself to a freshly poured pint this weekend.

Fresh 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel. Order your 2 pints, 4 pints or 5L minikegs online. Poured on-site to preserve the freshness.

Big Smoke Solaris

In a nutshell:
Light bodied Pale Ale from Esher's Big Smoke Brewery.

The lowdown:
Their biggest selling beer and one of their original brews. With plenty of hop kick it has notes of pine and grapefruit citrus and it checks out with a crisp, dry finish. As are all Big smoke beers it's unfined and unflitered so may have a natural haze.

Style - Bitter, Pale Ale & IPA    ABV 3.8% - Session Strength

Twickenham Brewery Orange Zeus

In a nutshell:
New Pale Ale monthly special from Twickenham Fine Ales.

The lowdown:
Hopped with Mandarina Barvaria (the orange bit) and Sultana - a variety bred from hops Nugget and Zeus (hence the Zeus bit) - this limited brew from Twickenham is refreshingly hoppy and zesty with a real fruity punch and crisp finish.

Style - IPA    ABV 4.8% - Moderate Strength

Elusive Brewing Lolly Pale Ale

West Coast Style Pale Ale
Berkshire, ABV 4.0%, 2 Pints

In a Nutshell:
Soft, fruity pale ale with a playful, lollipop-like aroma and mellow finish.

The Lowdown:
This laid-back pale brings soft tropical notes and a gentle lift from Superdelic hops, all backed by a smooth, light texture. There's no sharpness or heavy bitterness - just clean flavour in an easy, stripped-back style. It's bright, modern and full of subtle charm, delivering a fresh take on pale ale that's effortlessly enjoyable.
