Our Cask Ales are Tapped!

FRESHLY TAPPED EVERY THURSDAY

We source all our ale from local, independent micro-breweries as 9-gallon firkins which are allowed to settle and condition for up to seven days. We then broach the casks and serve 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel into 2 pint, 4 pint, 5L Minikeg containers - there are no lines or pumps to taint the ale. All our ales are fully temperature controlled to maintain optimum quality.

Treat yourself to a freshly poured pint this weekend.

Fresh 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel. Order your 2 pints, 4 pints or 5L minikegs online. Poured on-site to preserve the freshness.

Your Cask Ales of Choice Are:

Dorking Pilcrow Pale Ale

English Style Pale Ale
England: Surrey
ABV 4.0%

In a Nutshell:
A hoppy, modern twist on a classic British pale ale that's packed with fresh flavour.

The Lowdown:
Dorking's flagship beer, this pale ale packs a juicy punch, blending Citra and Chinook hops for refreshing citrus and tropical notes. With five different malts in the mix, it's got a well-rounded balance and plenty of depth, making it a favourite for a reason.

Dorking Harvest Time Fresh Hop Ale

Amber, Red Ale & Bitter
England: Surrey
ABV 3.4%

In a Nutshell:
A light, floral and gently citrusy English ale brewed with freshly picked Challenger hops from Kent.

The Lowdown:
Brewed once a year to mark the hop harvest, Harvest Time is Dorking's take on the classic English fresh-hop ale. The hops go in straight off the bine - green, resinous and bursting with aroma - giving it a soft floral lift and a faint note of green tea. Challenger brings its familiar earthy balance and a trace of citrus, while the malt base keeps things smooth and rounded. It's a seasonal beer in the truest sense, made to celebrate the fleeting freshness of new hops and the easy pleasure of an autumn pint.
