Our Cask Ales are Tapped!

FRESHLY TAPPED EVERY THURSDAY

We source all our ale from local, independent micro-breweries as 9-gallon firkins which are allowed to settle and condition for up to seven days. We then broach the casks and serve 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel into 2 pint, 4 pint, 5L Minikeg containers - there are no lines or pumps to taint the ale. All our ales are fully temperature controlled to maintain optimum quality.

Treat yourself to a freshly poured pint this weekend.

Fresh 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel. Order your 2 pints, 4 pints or 5L minikegs online. Poured on-site to preserve the freshness.

Your Cask Ales of Choice Are:

Medium

Stardust Meldora Pale Ale

English Style Pale Ale
England: Berkshire
ABV 4.4%

In a Nutshell:
A pale ale led by El Dorado and Mosaic, packed with tropical fruit, citrus and berry notes.

The Lowdown:
El Dorado and Mosaic hops aren't exactly shy, so putting them together was always going to be bold. Tropical fruit comes first, then citrus, with a streak of berry running through it. The malt plays a supporting role, which is all that's needed here. It's a pale ale built around hop character, layered with flavour throughout, and finishing clean with those fruit notes still in clear view.

Medium

Twickenham West London IPA

Traditional & West Coast Style IPA
England: London
ABV 5.5%

In a Nutshell:
West Coast-style IPA brewed in West London, with firm bitterness and a touch of resiny pine.

The Lowdown:
West Coast IPA brought home - not from California, but from just down the Thames. The idea's the same though: bright, lean malt, a solid bitter backbone, and those tell-tale piney notes. The difference? It's powered by three English hops rather than American, giving a homegrown edge to a familiar style. The outcome is crisp, resinous and firmly bitter - West Coast character with a British accent.

Medium

Utopian Brewing Chinook Blonde IPA

English Style Pale Ale
England: Devon
ABV 4.2%

In a Nutshell:
A bright and hoppy blonde ale with grapefruit peel aroma, gentle spice, floral lift, a light and fresh body.

The Lowdown:
Brilliant West Country Blonde Ale that doesn't mess about. Chinook brings a snap of grapefruit, Mystic throws in some gentle florals and spice, and the whole thing glides along on a crisp, light base. No fuss, no weight, just bright, fresh flavour that finishes sharp and tidy.
