Our Cask Ales are Tapped!

Medium

FRESHLY TAPPED EVERY THURSDAY

We source all our ale from local, independent micro-breweries as 9-gallon firkins which are allowed to settle and condition for up to seven days. We then broach the casks and serve 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel into 2 pint, 4 pint, 5L Minikeg containers - there are no lines or pumps to taint the ale. All our ales are fully temperature controlled to maintain optimum quality.

Treat yourself to a freshly poured pint this weekend.

Fresh 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel. Order your 2 pints, 4 pints or 5L minikegs online. Poured on-site to preserve the freshness.

Your Cask Ales of Choice Are:

Medium

Windsor & Eton Snowy Belgian Pale Ale

Pale, Blonde, Golden & Tripel
England: Berkshire
ABV 4.0%

In a Nutshell:
Belgian-style pale ale with soft banana and clove notes from Abbaye yeast, balanced by biscuity malt and a gentle hop bite.

The Lowdown:
Named after Belgium's most famous dog, Snowy is brewed with Abbaye yeast and Pilgrim hops. It's golden, lightly fruity and softly spiced, with classic banana and clove aromas. Biscuit malt smooths the edges while a touch of earthy hop brings balance. Rounded, dry and clean through the finish - easy to drink and a little less ordinary.

Medium

Windsor & Eton Canberra Autumn Ale

Amber, Red Ale & Bitter
England: Berkshire
ABV 4.0%

In a Nutshell:
Amber Autumn Ale - rounded malt fruit, gentle hop lift, clean dry finish.

The Lowdown:
As the weather turns, this is the sort of amber ale that hits the spot. Deep in colour and malt-led, it leans into toffee and biscuit, with red apple and soft apricot from the Australian hops. The palate is smooth with a light nuttiness; bitterness is measured and the finish lands dry and tidy. Windsor & Eton's autumn seasonal is flavourful, balanced, and clean on the close.

Medium

Wimbledon Keller Helles Lager

Helles Beer
England: London
ABV 4.8%

In a Nutshell:
A cask-conditioned, unfiltered Helles – German precision meets British tradition.

The Lowdown:
You don't often see a Helles in cask, and that's part of the appeal here. It takes a style known for cold precision and gives it a softer, more rounded edge. Naturally conditioned and unfiltered, it pours hazy-gold with a gentle malt body that's smooth rather than sweet. The hops bring light citrus and stone-fruit notes, adding lift without losing the easy drinkability that defines the style. Clean, bright and full of character.

Medium

Harvey's Pells Pale

English Style Pale Ale
England: East Sussex
ABV 3.7%

In a Nutshell:
A crisp, zesty pale from Harvey's that shows tradition and modern brewing can sit comfortably together.

The Lowdown:
Pells Pale shows Harvey's lighter, more contemporary side. Brewed with New Zealand Motueka and British hops, it brings bright citrus and gentle fruit over a clean, dry base from the South Downs spring water that's always been part of the brewery's DNA. The feel is lean and refreshing, bitterness neatly balanced by soft malt. It's easy to drink, distinctive in a subtle way, and shows that Harvey's are comfortable with both heritage and innovation.
