Our Cask Ales are Tapped!

FRESHLY TAPPED EVERY THURSDAY

We source all our ale from local, independent micro-breweries as 9-gallon firkins which are allowed to settle and condition for up to seven days. We then broach the casks and serve 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel into 2 pint, 4 pint, 5L Minikeg containers - there are no lines or pumps to taint the ale. All our ales are fully temperature controlled to maintain optimum quality.

Treat yourself to a freshly poured pint this weekend.

Fresh 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel. Order your 2 pints, 4 pints or 5L minikegs online. Poured on-site to preserve the freshness.

Your Cask Ales of Choice Are:

Medium

Amber, Red Ale & Bitter
England: London
ABV 4.1%

In a Nutshell:
A smooth red ale, rich with seven malts and brightened by Southern Hemisphere citrus-floral hops.

The Lowdown:
This red ale doesn't skimp on grain, with seven malts stacked up to build biscuit, caramel, gentle roast and a discreet nutty streak. Southern Hemisphere hops step in with citrus and floral lift - less fruit salad, more deft punctuation. The balance stays firmly in place: malt-led but never cloying, hop-fresh with a clean finish.

Medium

Wimbledon Larkspur Session IPA

Traditional & West Coast Style IPA
England: London
ABV 4.4%

In a Nutshell:
A lively IPA which delivers light citrus and tropical hop character with a clean finish.

The Lowdown:
A hop-forward, easy-drinking IPA brewed on an extra pale malt base and hopped with Motueka, Ekuanot and Idaho 7. Bright pineapple, grapefruit and soft tropical notes lead the flavour, finishing clean and dry without losing freshness.

Medium

Thornbridge Brother Rabbit Golden Ale

English Style Pale Ale
England: Derbyshire
Vegan - ABV 4.0%

In a Nutshell:
This long-time Thornbridge favourite is a flagship golden ale that's pale, crisp and led by clean citrus hops.

The Lowdown:
Brewed since Thornbridge were still finding their feet, Brother Rabbit is strikingly pale in the glass - more lemon than gold - and keeps the malt on a short rein so the Mount Hood hops can take charge. They bring clean citrus and a light grassy note over a dry, finely bitter base. It finishes crisp, balanced and properly refreshing.

Medium

Elusive Division Pale Ale

English Style Pale Ale
England: Berkshire
ABV 4.7%

In a Nutshell:
Five hops, three continents - a pale ale that's crisp, aromatic and full of citrus and pine character.

The Lowdown:
A pale ale made with five hops from three continents, combining English balance with New World intensity. Pine resin and orange citrus lead the way, rounded by gentle stone fruit and a touch of tropical lift. The bitterness is firm but well-judged, giving structure without heaviness. Clean fermentation keeps the focus on the hops, leaving a bright, dry finish that shows Elusive's West Coast leanings. A layered, flavour-packed pale that's both fresh and assured.
